Marcos Rodriguez has been a resident of Bell Gardens, California, for the last 12 years. Marcos has fulfilled a variety of customer service based roles. As a sales associate for a specialty paper company, he was able to work with many of the different locations across Southern California. Building rapport and a strong professional relationship with his customers was a priority. While working in Irvine as a Customer Care Specialist, Marcos had the responsibility to manage and maintain the company’s social media channels, giving him an opportunity to interact with people from all over the country and many different places across the globe. Marcos believes that transparency and a genuine desire to help others is key in any field of work. As a teenager Marcos was part of his local youth group. He spent 10 years in attendance, 5 as a student, and 5 as a volunteer. He enjoyed supporting the staff, planning events, outings for the kids, and organizing fundraisers for the group. The time that he spent with in that group, helped Marcos realize that he had a desire to help people and work closely with youth, helping them thrive. Today Marcos will bring his work experience to our office team, hoping that his hard work, and dedication will be a positive contribution to our students at CWC.
